By accessing or using GTM Growth System, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

GTM Growth System provides an AI-powered outbound automation platform that includes lead generation, scoring, enrichment, and multi-channel outreach capabilities.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Ensuring your use complies with applicable laws and regulations
• Obtaining necessary consents for outreach activities

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for spam or unsolicited communications
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

5. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. The POC setup fee is due upon signing. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

6. Service Level

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our services. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.

7. Limitation of Liability

GTM Growth System shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
